How do I book a grooming appointment?

What are your vaccination requirements for daycare?

We require all pets attending daycare to be up-to-date on core vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian is necessary for enrollment.

Can I request a specific groomer for my pet?

Yes, you can request a specific groomer when scheduling your appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

How does your drop-off and pick-up service work?

Could you pick up and drop off my dog from my house and to your store? How about from the airport?

Yes, we can! There will be a transportation fee, and it will depend on your location. Please give us a call, text message, or email us for this service and we will provide you the quote.

Where are the prices for your services?

Every dog is different. They are many different breeds, sizes, have different fur length, and may have special, additional needs than other dogs. Due to all these factors, prices may vary, so it is best to call, text message, or email us and we will try to provide you with the best pricing.

Do you groom cats?

Unfortunately, no. We only specialize in dogs only.

Are you mobile?

Depends on the service. If you need just nail trimming, we can go to your house to do that, but there will be a transportation fee from our store to your house.

Are you open on the holidays?

Depends. Its best to give us a call or text message. We will answer right away to give you the service you need!

Can I bring my puppy for any of the services?

Absolutely! We encourage younger ones to interact with other dogs and people. If they are not fully vaccinated yet, we may have to separate them from others for safety reason. But once they do get them, they can socialize how ever they want!

Could I bring my dog thats not neutered or spayed?

Of course! We will have to put a diaper on them, but yes we will make sure that they have their fun as well!
